Incorporating texinfo files

Prev: Simple d4c&b files

d4c&b can read existing texinfo files, to make it possible to reference chapters, sections etc. in existing texinfo files.

When reasonable and possible, texinfo commands which are not supported by d4c&b are transformed to other commands. For example, `appendix', `appendixsec', and `centerchap' are converted to `chapter'.

It is best to place existing texinfo files in a directory of their own. @index entries in a texinfo file are automatically directed to the local index.
